Spiral Tooth Pattern

For smoother mulching, the spiral tool pattern allows one tooth to engage at a time.

Root rake teeth

The MX —R are equipped with a root rake for pushing fallen logs or other debris out of the way. These are replaceable bucket-style scrapper teeth.

Over torque Protection – Relief Valve

The relief valve safeguards the motor and hydraulic system from pressure spikes. When an obstacle is encountered, the valve opens to release the excess pressure.

WIRE PROTECTION KIT

When mulching, catching an old fence wire can seriously damage the unit if it slips over the rotor’s edge and wraps around the shaft. The wire can bunch up against the bearings, leading to major issues. Baumalight’s wire protection kit features a welded raised section at the end of the rotor that shields the shaft and keeps wire from getting in.
